Our philosophy at Essex Stove Installations is to keep things simple, offer sound and honest advice, professional installation, great customer service and all at a reasonable price!
It is our mission to be in the privileged position that once a customer has used Essex Stove Installations, they become a customer for life.
Garey Hull, the Managing Director, joined the industry in 2006 working in a showroom environment where he gained vast experience of virtually every wood stove and multifuel burner available. This knowledge puts us in a great position because we know the difference between a great stove and a mediocre one so we can help you choose the perfect stove for your home.
After a brief chat over the phone a surveyor will come to you, FREE of charge to measure up, take photos and discuss your ideas. You'll be able to discuss in detail all of your requirements and we can often offer more than one option.
We will then send you a detailed, written quotation and on accepting, we'll be happy to arrange your installation date and get you booked in our diary.
We appreciate the importance of each and every customer and would be delighted at the opportunity in meeting with you to discuss your requirements.

All work undertaken will be guaranteed and carried out in accordance with Document J of the Building Regulations by a HETAS registered installer and you will be handed your Hetas certificate on completion.
Our Public Liability insurance covers us up to £2million.

If you choose Essex Stove Installations to install your stove, multifuel stove, multi burner, wood burner, log burner or fireplace, we promise to provide a professional, efficient service. You will be dealt with in a courteous and polite manner. You will be dealing with well trained and knowledgable, HETAS registered staff. Your installation team will turn up on time and in uniform. We will never sell you a stove that is unsuitable (too large or too small) because we want you to be a happy customer long after we have installed your stove. Your house will be treated with respect and will be left clean and tidy.
